What is remote land development?

Remote land development refers to the process of planning, managing, and executing land development projects from a distance, often utilizing digital tools and communication platforms. This can include tasks such as site analysis, permitting, infrastructure planning, and coordination with stakeholders, all performed without being physically present on the property. Proactive planning and staying updated on regional compliance requirements are also key to overcoming these hurdles.
