  • Drive infrastructure modernization and migration initiatives, including data center and platform transformation efforts.
  • Support lab expansion through capacity planning, utilization management, and hardware lifecycle planning.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers to ensure lab environments meet evolving business and technical requirements.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex infrastructure, networking, platform, and application issues.
  • Deliver visibility into infrastructure capacity, operational risks, and roadmap readiness.

  • Working knowledge of 4G and 5G network architectures and telecom environments.
  • Demonstrated success troubleshooting across infrastructure, networking, Kubernetes, and application layers.
  • Previous experience leading technical teams, managing escalations, and operating in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE), or Oracle server hardware.
  • Knowledge of F5 technologies and service mesh architectures.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure automation, YAML-based deployments, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
