Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS), spreadsheets, and data processing software is typically required. Excellent organizational skills, time management, and clear communication help individuals excel in remote and deadline-driven environments. Collaboration with lab technicians and IT support teams can also help quickly resolve discrepancies and technical issues, fostering a smooth workflow.
