Job Title: Sales Executive – Fixture & GNFR - Remote

Position Summary

Development of a rapidly scaling third-party logistics (3PL) company operating over 10 million square feet of warehousing space across multiple strategic locations. As part of a larger umbrella organization with diverse service offerings and broad operational capabilities, the company is uniquely positioned to provide flexible, end-to-end logistics solutions tailored to a wide range of client needs.


Responsible for the development and expansion of their Fixture and Vendor consolidation services.


This role will focus on targeting new clients who are seeking to streamline their supply chains, improve operational efficiency, and optimize transportation costs through consolidated shipments also working with other manufacturers in the industry looking to consolidate shipments for their clients for ongoing and project-based opportunities.


This individual will have a strong understanding of Fixture and GNFR consolidation logistics requirements, special projects, remodels, and resets. Leverage partnerships, to gain opportunities within the network of Vendors and Retail companies. In addition to driving new business, this individual will be responsible for solutioning the proposal for services, working with the pricing team to ensure competitive rates for each client’s specific needs. This individual will also work with the operations team to ensure the onboarding process is setup for success based on the Sope of services sold


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Drive Revenue Growth; Identify, prospect and close new business opportunities within the Fixture and GNFR sector for consolidation solutions.

· Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed aggressive sales quotas with a Goal of closing; $4 Million + annually.

· Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using our CRM system.

· Strategic Consultative Selling: Understand prospective clients' unique fulfillment challenges and pain points, then craft and present tailored solutions that leverage Knight-Swift's capabilities.

· Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, becoming a trusted advisor in their eCommerce supply chain strategy. Along with Parcel shipping knowledge for added support.

· Market Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies in eCommerce, retail, and logistics to effectively position our services.

· Collaboration: Work closely with operations, solutions design, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.

· Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts that clearly articulate value and ROI for potential clients.

· Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using our CRM system.

Required Qualifications

· Experience: 3+ years of successful sales or related experience in Fixture and GNFR fulfillment, logistics, warehousing, or a related supply chain service, specifically targeting retailers.

· Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Fixture and GNFR operations, including project management, inventory management, consolidation solutions, shipping, returns, and common integrations.

· Collaboration: Work closely with operations, solutions design, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.

· Sales Acumen: Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing complex deals.

o Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.

· Networking: Established network within the retail and/or eCommerce industry is a plus.

· Self-Motivated: Highly driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment, adaptable and flexible.
