What is a Remote Kroger Distribution Warehouse job?

A Remote Kroger Distribution Warehouse job refers to a position where employees support Kroger’s distribution operations, but some or all of the work can be performed remotely rather than being physically present in the warehouse. These roles often include tasks like inventory management, order processing, logistics coordination, and customer or vendor communication, all done digitally. The goal is to help streamline warehouse operations and ensure products are delivered efficiently to stores and customers. Remote opportunities may vary depending on the specific needs of the warehouse and the technology available.

  • Provide market-level insights, education, and support to internal and external partners
  • Lead regular sales calls with Kroger buying teams, including business reviews and presentations
  • Ensure alignment across customers and distributors on timelines, product launches, forecasts, pricing, and distribution goals
  • Support annual planning and budgeting; track and report performance against plan
  • Maintain strong operational discipline through timely communication, reporting, and system updates
  • Collaborate with distributor partners to support order management and execution
  • Represent the brand at customer-facing events (festivals, tastings, beer dinners, brewery tours, etc.)
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of National/Strategic Account experience or 5+ years in CPG sales
  • Experience working with large retail accounts (Kroger experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using sales and data tools
