• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health to inform tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver individual and family therapy using customized evidence-based methodologies that promote personal and relational healing.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor their progress toward these objectives, ensuring a client-centered approach.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to offer virtual sessions, adapting treatments to meet the needs of clients with mobility challenges or those in remote locations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress to comply with ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Engage in regular professional development and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in mental health care.

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Ability to establish trust and rapport with clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude when engaging with clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle a caseload and administrative responsibilities.

• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding the unique challenges they face, particularly concerning trauma and substance use.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology to effectively deliver remote sessions.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and willingness to integrate new methods into practice as needed.
