Job Overview:

Pay Range: $25.37hr - $30.37hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Ability to work within EST or CST time zones.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in creating sales and service enablement materials.
  • Ability to translate technical updates into customer-friendly messaging.

Responsibilities:

  • Support successful product commercialization by creating sales and service enablement materials.
  • Coordinate release readiness and improve adoption across customer-facing teams.
  • Develop sales presentations, feature guides, one-pagers, FAQs, training, and customer documentation.
  • Maintain version-controlled enablement content.
  • Coordinate launch readiness across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Service departments.
  • Develop release communication plans.
  • Create training for sales and service teams.
  • Maintain centralized knowledge repositories.
  • Support product adoption initiatives and change management.
  • Track training completion and adoption metrics.
  • Support post-launch reviews.
