Title: SharePoint Lead/Knowledge Manager

Onsite Flexibility: 100% Remote

Position Summary

The Knowledge Manager / SharePoint Lead establishes and maintains the centralized knowledge repository for the CAM ESOM Support Cell. The Lead is responsible for the lessons learned program and the collaboration environment that enables stakeholders to access SOPs, job aids, training materials, and reference content. The role combines knowledge management, technical writing, and SharePoint administration responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement role-based access and data security controls within SharePoint.
  • Design, build, and govern the CAM SharePoint site, including taxonomy, navigation, permissions, and document version control.
  • Curate and organize the Lessons Learned library, Training Materials repository, SOP library, and Job Aids hub.
  • Establish content lifecycle standards (review cadence, approval workflows, archival rules) and onboard team members and stakeholders to the SharePoint environment.
  • Monitor SharePoint usage analytics; refine information architecture and reporting based on user behavior.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8 years of progressive experience
  • 3+ years administering SharePoint Online sites, including governance, permissions, and content management.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate or SharePoint-specific credential.
  • Prior VA or federal cybersecurity reporting experience.
