• Facilitate educational and therapeutic groups, guiding discussions and activities to foster patient engagement and self-efficacy. Document each patient's goals and their responses to these therapeutic interventions.
• Participate in treatment-planning meetings, providing essential feedback on patient progress or resistance, and ensuring comprehensive updates are made to their treatment plans that reflect their evolving needs.
• Identify and address client resistance, conflict, and tension within therapeutic relationships. Employ conflict resolution strategies effectively, helping clients and their families work through challenges while fostering an environment conducive to growth.
• Compile and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring that all assessments, treatment plans, interventions, and communication with external agencies are meticulously documented in accordance with social work and healthcare standards.
• Collaborate with team members to develop individualized treatment plans that delineate patients' strengths, psychosocial needs, and areas where support and intervention are essential for successful outcomes.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse range of patients facing various social, emotional, and psychological challenges. Our client base may include individuals from underrepresented backgrounds, those struggling with trauma, chronic illnesses, or addiction, and families in need of comprehensive support. Your expertise will play a critical role in addressing their unique needs and in building a bridge to community resources that enhance their quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain healthy professional boundaries with clients.
