Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth assessments through video sessions to understand client needs, establish trust, and create individualized therapy plans.
  • Facilitate engaging and effective individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices that align with clients' goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and cancelations within our digital EHR system.
  • Provide innovative coping strategy resources and tools tailored to clients' specific issues, encouraging resilience and self-efficacy.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client care and develop comprehensive treatment approaches.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on best practices, therapy techniques, and culturally responsive approaches.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will be directed towards a diverse clientele, including adults and adolescents struggling with various mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, addiction, and life adjustment challenges. You will engage with individuals from various cultural backgrounds, providing culturally sensitive care that meets their unique needs while helping them to develop coping mechanisms and recovery strategies.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A valid California license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
  • A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of therapy techniques and client engagement.
  • Proficient understanding of culturally responsive therapy approaches tailored to individual client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience in using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
Preferred Experience
