• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and emotional status, utilizing established guidelines and standardized assessment tools.
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans for a diverse range of clients, based on comprehensive evaluations and therapeutic goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions that may include individual therapy, family counseling, and group therapy sessions tailored to clients’ unique needs.
• Regularly monitor client progress, utilizing data-driven approaches to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and adjusting plans when necessary.
• Deliver crisis intervention services promptly and effectively to clients experiencing acute distress or requiring immediate support.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring clients' information is secured.
• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver integrated care and address various client needs.
• Stay informed of advances in mental health practices, participating in continuing education, webinars, and workshops to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge base.
• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultations to discuss cases and improve therapeutic techniques.
• Strictly adhere to ethical guidelines, licensing board requirements, and best practices within the mental health field.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field is required.
• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) is mandatory.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
