• Work directly with clients experiencing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, providing tailored therapeutic support both remotely and in the community.

• Collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve shared objectives, fostering a culture of cooperation and support.

• Engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, respecting cultural differences and leveraging those insights to inform treatment approaches.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain compliance with professional standards, ensuring delivery of safe and effective care.

• Conduct developmental assessments and screenings, crafting evidence-based treatment plans that address identified needs.

• Implement integrated care plans and coordinate with clients, families, and external providers to facilitate seamless service delivery.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, responding to urgent situations with professionalism and expertise.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client interactions, assessments, and progress to ensure effective care management.

• Participate in quality improvement committees aiming to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.

• Carry a designated caseload, performing individual, family, and group therapy sessions, with a focus on empowerment and autonomy.
