We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to become an integral part of our team at the Freeman Center for Anxiety, Recovery & Trauma. Located in Horsham, Pennsylvania, our community health clinic provides evidence-based therapeutic services aimed at helping individuals overcome anxiety, trauma, and other mental health issues. You will work closely with a team of mental health professionals who share your commitment to client care. • Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities to address specific client needs.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients to identify mental health issues and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions in compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, when necessary, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Your work at the Freeman Center will involve engaging with a wide demographic of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing anxiety, trauma, and various mental health challenges. You will be responsible for addressing their individualized needs with sensitivity and professionalism, ensuring culturally competent care that resonates with their experiences.

• Education: A Master's degree in Counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Licensure: Current active licensure as a Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum of three years of clinical experience working in therapeutic settings, with a focus on children and families.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills; the ability to work independently while also engaging collaboratively with a team.
• Commitment: A strong passion for delivering inclusive and culturally competent mental health care.

• Experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling services is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
• Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities and techniques suitable for a diverse clientele.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, reflective of experience and the value you bring to our practice. Additional benefits include:
