We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist to join ourfamilyoperations team! Thisroleis responsible fordelivering exceptional customer support, resolving issues,assistingwith billing andbackupcare services, and building strong relationships with families and business partnersacross all KinderCareand Championsbrands. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assistfamilies with billing issues,system support concerns, and general inquiries viaphone, email, and chat using exceptional customer service

  • Effectively de-escalate customer concernsusing calm, solution-focused communication to resolve conflicts and ensure positive outcomes

  • Build strong relationships with business partners across the organization

  • Thoroughly log and document all calls, emails, and chats intheinternal ticketing system

  • Share innovative thoughts, ideas, and solutions to improve current procedures andour family experience

  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team byallowingopen communication and working with colleagues to resolve parent questions and concerns

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years ofcustomer serviceexperiencesupporting clientswithissue resolutionand relationship managementin a fast-paced environment

  • Able to uselogicaljudgment and decision-making skills to evaluate situations,establishpriorities, and resolve matters

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Bilingual: English & Spanish a plus

  • Remote call center work experience a plus
