Life Compass Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify mental health needs, social determinants, and establish treatment goals tailored to each individual.
  • Provide evidence-based one-on-one counseling tailored to address a variety of mental health and psychosocial issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and family conflict.
  • Facilitate dynamic group therapy sessions that focus on common mental health concerns, creating a safe space for peer support and psychoeducation.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals, using interventions grounded in the latest evidence-based practices.
  • Offer crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments, establishing safety plans, and coordinating with emergency resources when necessary.
  • Advocate for clientsโ€™ rights and facilitate their access to healthcare and community resources, ensuring they receive the comprehensive support they need.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, including detailed progress notes and treatment outcome evaluations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families from varying backgrounds. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
