Everyone's Counseling Center, LLC is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. Work Environment

This role is offered in a fully remote setting, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions and manage client care from the comfort of your own home, complemented by a strong infrastructure of support at Everyone's Counseling Center. The detox center environment provides a compassionate and focused approach to rehabilitation, where you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and addiction specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments for clients, identifying their unique needs and challenges to inform the development of individualized care plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing to promote mental health improvements and coping strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring the confidentiality and security of client information.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide holistic care, actively participating in treatment team meetings and case discussions.
  • Equip clients and their families with essential mental health resources, tools, and coping mechanisms to facilitate recovery and long-term wellness.
  • Embrace continuous learning by integrating new therapeutic techniques and industry best practices into your care delivery to enhance client outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The individuals you will serve are primarily those experiencing substance use disorders and related mental health challenges. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California is required.

  • Proficiency in managing a high-volume clinical caseload efficiently and effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
