Duration: Contract To Hire
Location: 100% Remote
 
Key Requirements
  • 3+ years of D2C/eCommerce experience
  • Experience with Shopify and/or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Strong knowledge of CRM, customer retention, loyalty programs, referrals, and subscriptions
  • Experience with A/B testing, personalization, CRO, and digital optimization
  • Website management, SEO/GEO, and digital performance analytics
  • Cross-functional project management experience
  • Familiarity with SAP, ERP, OMS, and 3PL integrations
  • Strong analytical skills with GA4, reporting, and data-driven decision making
  • Experience working with agencies, IT, Finance, and Operations teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field
