We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive with a proven track record in Software or SaaS sales. The ideal candidate possesses a strong hunter mentality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has extensive experience leveraging consultative sales methodologies.

As a Sales Executive at Vya, you will closely collaborate with clients, internal teams, and technology partners to drive the sale of our Print products, innovative Software and SaaS solutions. You'll be responsible for managing sales cycles, providing accurate solutions, pricing estimates, and ensuring seamless communication across all stakeholders. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Be an avid Vya ambassador, always embodying The Vya Way.
  • Utilize consultative sales techniques to identify customer pain points and effectively communicate solutions.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Managing prospect activities in an effective and consistent manner to increase qualified sales leads.
  • Research accounts that match the ideal customer profile, identify the right accounts to target, and key stakeholders.
  • Create target prospect list and align sales activities appropriately based on research findings.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Identify new potential opportunities through self-created efforts, referrals, or marketing generation.
  • Ability to qualify or disqualify opportunities quickly through discovery processes.
  • Provides regular status reports to management on key performance indicators and activity; assesses performance against goals, identifies trends, and communicates action plans to address current challenges.
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM system with prospect and contact information to feed pipeline, track activity, and ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Develops and manages relationships with acquired and/or existing customers to position Vya a SME and aligns with decision makers.
  • Develops action plans to cross-sell/up sell accounts to increase revenue spend with Vya. Provides comprehensive strategic account plans to win new business from new and/or existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that address client challenges and provide a competitive edge.
  • Demonstrated ability in solution-based sales, account management, and technical solutions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, results oriented professional.
  • Proven track record of prospecting, closing and bringing on new clients.
  • Experienced in preparing Proposals and SOW's.
  • Attend conferences and events when appropriate to network with prospects and stay up to date on industry trends.

Position Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of successful sales experience.
