This is a fully remote position, providing you the flexibility to work from any location. Our virtual work model allows you to create your own schedule, ensuring a work-life balance that meets your personal and professional needs. Although you will be working independently, our supportive infrastructure is designed to foster collaboration and connection among therapists, allowing for shared insights and experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions via a secure video platform, using teletherapy tools provided by the organization.

  • Craft individualized treatment plans that respond to the unique circumstances and challenges of each client.
  • Facilitate therapeutic discussions that encourage clients to gain insights into their emotions, experiences, and interpersonal relationships.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
  • Employ healthy coping strategies and tools to empower clients in managing their mental health effectively.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse range of low-acuity adults who are seeking support for various mental health challenges. This role allows you to help clients navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and more, all within a flexible and supportive online setting.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Current state licensure is required; accepted licenses include:

  • Ability to practice independently without supervision.
  • Must be free of disciplinary actions on your professional license.
Preferred Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in teletherapy or virtual counseling modalities.
  • Strong familiarity with current best practices and developments in psychotherapy and mental health.
  • High proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for remote therapy.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client interactions.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:

  • Weekly direct deposit to ensure timely access to your earnings.
  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage specifically for full-time counselors.
  • Supportive benefits focused on overall employee well-being and mental health.
