In your role as a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct individual counseling and therapy sessions via video chat, utilizing evidence-based approaches.

• Assist clients in setting realistic and achievable therapeutic goals tailored to their individual needs.

Your caseload will primarily consist of stable adults who have chosen to access therapy through our platform. By providing excellent support to these clients, you will play a critical role in helping them achieve their mental health goals.

The ideal candidate for this role must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure to practice independently as a mental health counselor in your state, including LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or comparable credentials.
• No disciplinary actions or restrictions on your current licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating compassion and empathy.
• Comfortable utilizing technology and maintaining detailed records in a digital format.
