Customer Service Representative

FirstSource Healthcare has immediate full-time work from home positions available as Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Support Agent, providing remote support to paramedics and healthcare professionals. This role is crucial in ensuring timely and accurate communication between patients, providers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from patients, providers, and internal staff.
  • Provide non-clinical support to paramedics and emergency response teams.
  • Document interactions accurately in electronic systems.
  • Route calls to appropriate departments or escalate urgent issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and Kaiser Permanente policies.
  • Support scheduling and coordination of patient services when needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Typing speed of at least 25-30 WPM.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable using multiple software systems simultaneously.
  • Internet speeds: 50mbps down / 25mbps up. Home connectivity: Must be cable or fiber internet and wired directly to the router with Ethernet jack for connectivity to PC capability. *No Wi-Fi or wireless extenders, No satellite, Starlink, Verizon or T-Mobile 4g/5g *Company will provide equipment; you will only be required to have a UL surge protector to protect equipment.

Additional Remote Work Requirements:

  • Must have a private, quiet and dedicated workstation. *No children or babysitting
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work any shifts 8am-10pm PST- Pacific time, Monday - Sunday *Overtime is based on company needs

Starting wage: $15 and Bilingual English/Spanish $15.50 (wage non-negotiable, *Additional earning potential for perfect attendance during each pay period.)
