• Conduct thorough clinical assessments by applying evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create personalized treatment plans for each client.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other effective modalities tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain comprehensive and secure clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and related regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of client information.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, engaging in regular consultations and case review meetings to refine our care strategies.
• Educate and support clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and support resources available within the community.
• Stay informed about the latest research in mental health to continuously enhance therapeutic approaches and interventions used in practice.

Our patients range from adolescents to adults, each facing unique mental health challenges including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma history, and relationship issues. By offering a personalized therapy experience, our counselors empower clients to develop coping mechanisms and resilience that lead to improved overall well-being.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively within the treatment team.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to adapt therapeutic techniques to the diverse needs and situations of clients.
• A proactive attitude towards professional development and a passion for helping individuals achieve mental wellness.

• Prior experience in outpatient mental health settings, providing individual and group therapies.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technologies that support virtual therapy sessions.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of culturally competent care.
