Title: Lease Admin Analyst
Pay Rate: $23-25/HR
Hours: 8-5 EST
Location: Remote, client is in EST would need to work those hours
Resource's typical working day:
Handle all of the clients lease administration
Handle amendments, finances, invoices, rent payment, process in workflow system Salesforce
Receiving invoices, notices, questions about square footage, addresses, dates. Understanding everything from inception of lease
Must Have Skills:
Need to have been in a lease admin role previously to understand depth of requirements and what the job duties are
Basic accounts payable
Salesforce experience- everything is done through Salesforce so need to have familiarity- understanding what it does- please highlight on resume
Need to be able to work remotely
Nice to have skills:
Any costar or MRI or Cernix would be nice to have or any lease admin database
Critical thinker
