· Highly Proficient with common design tools like Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, Sketch, Figma

• Strong portfolio with work samples showcasing expertise in user interface design, craft, aesthetics, and depth of thought

• Open to feedback, knows how give and receive criticism, and how and when to defend design decisions

• Demonstrated experience in developing dynamic presentations in support of design strategy

• Experience working with research teams and applying insights into quick, iterative design improvements.

• Interest in helping to develop/mentor junior talent within the team

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Warren, MI.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
