We're Hiring: BMC Helix ITSM Migration Specialist (100% Remote | Contract)
Client Location: Englewood, CO
Remote Opportunity | Contract Role

Are you an experienced BMC Helix expert ready to take on a major migration project? Join us as we lead the transition of Helix ITSM applications from on-premise to cloud environments.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and support the migration/upgrade of BMC Helix ITSM (v21.03+) environments.

  • Develop automation workflows using Jenkins, Ansible, and Groovy.

  • Work hands-on with Kubernetes & Helm for orchestration and deployment.

  • Write and manage complex Oracle SQL/PLSQL scripts and stored procedures.

  • Support AR System Development, CMDB structural updates, and Foundation Data management.

  • Perform data migration using Helix Data Manager (HDM).

  • Create Splunk queries, troubleshoot with AR System Log Analyzer, and build Helix Dashboards (Grafana).

  • Kubernetes, Helm Charts (Dev experience)

  • Jenkins (Groovy scripting), Ansible
