Job description

Full Time. Remote. US Based candidates ONLY

About Radiant Mobile

Radiant Mobile is America's first Christian wireless carrier, running on a nationwide 5G network with one difference: parental authority over content, enforced at the network. Our conviction is simple — parents and individuals decide what reaches their phone. We build the tools that make that decision real. A practical solution to a spiritual problem.

The Role

We're hiring a full-time generalist Project Manager to keep our content, marketing, and operational workstreams moving in lockstep. You'll sit at the center of a fast-moving team — coordinating production, holding timelines, and turning a busy mix of campaigns, demos, video, and app work into a clean, predictable cadence. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes to own the details and make the trains run on time. We're growing fast, and we see this role as a launch point: strong performers can expect upward mobility within the organization as we pursue exponential growth.

What You'll Do

•      Own project timelines across content, marketing, and product workstreams — keeping deliverables, owners, and deadlines visible and on track.

•      Coordinate production of demos, video campaigns, and marketing assets from brief through delivery.

•      Run point on team communication and weekly cadence — standups, status updates, and clear hand-offs between contributors.

•      Manage content upload and programming coordination across the app and marketing channels.

•      Support app QA and beta testing cycles — tracking issues, routing them to the right owner, and confirming fixes.

•      Keep email and campaign tooling (e.g., Mailchimp) organized and on schedule.

•      Maintain trackers and project documentation so leadership always has an accurate snapshot of where things stand.

•      Flag risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies early — and propose the fix, not just the problem.

What You Bring

•      Demonstrated project management experience — production coordination or operations, ideally in a startup, media, or marketing environment.

•      Serious attention to detail and a bias toward organization: you live in checklists, calendars, and trackers, and you keep everyone honest about dates.

•      Strong written communication and the judgment to keep a small team aligned without over-managing.

•      Comfort wearing multiple hats and shifting between creative, marketing, and operational tasks in a single day.

•      Self-directed and reliable in a remote setting, with consistent availability during 8 core working hours each day.

•      Alignment with Radiant's mission and values.

Nice to Have

•      Experience with content production or video workflows.

•      Hands-on familiarity with the tools we run on — Mailchimp, Riverside, and similar email, content, and production platforms — plus basic app QA processes.

•      Any graphics or design skills you bring to the table — a real plus on a fast-moving team.

•      Background working with faith-based or mission-driven organizations.

The Details

Compensation: $4,000 per month

Schedule: Full-time, 8 core hours per day

Location: Remote - must be based in the United States

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
