What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, test, and implement Symitar PowerOn.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimizations.
- Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Symitar applications.
- Document technical designs, processes, and procedures.
- 3+ years of experience in Symitar programming and development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proficiency in Symitar PowerOn and HTML/JavaScript.
