About us

We are EVOTYM โ€” a specialised recruitment agency focused on FinTech, Payments, Crypto, and regulated financial services.

We partner with international, fast-growing companies across Europe and help them hire exceptional talent in commercial, product, operations, compliance, and technology functions.

Our team values quality, speed, ownership, and continuous improvement. We don\'t believe in "just filling vacancies" โ€” we build long-term partnerships with our clients and invest time in understanding every role and every market.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior / Middle Recruiter who already has experience in a recruitment agency and wants to grow into a strong recruitment professional.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, isn\'t afraid of a high workload, and genuinely wants to learn. You\'ll work on multiple international vacancies simultaneously, communicate directly with candidates and clients, and continuously improve your sourcing and recruitment skills.

We\'re looking for someone who is ambitious, proactive, and ready to develop together with the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to the offer stage.

  • Source candidates proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other channels.

  • Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess experience, motivation, and cultural fit.

  • Present opportunities professionally and maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the process.

  • Work closely with clients, hiring managers, and internal team members.

  • Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines.

  • Keep recruitment data accurate and up to date in the ATS.

  • Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Continuously improve sourcing techniques and recruitment processes.

Requirements
  • 1โ€“3 years of recruitment experience in a recruitment agency (mandatory).

  • Experience managing several vacancies simultaneously.

  • Strong sourcing skills and confidence using LinkedIn.

  • Fluent Russian and confident English (both written and spoken).

  • Excellent communication and interviewing skills.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

  • Genuine motivation to learn, grow, and continuously improve.

What We\'re Looking For
  • High level of energy and work ethic.

  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new industries and roles.

  • Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

  • Positive attitude and team-player mindset.

  • Resilience and ability to handle a high-volume workload.

  • Self-motivation and strong attention to detail.

What We Offer
  • Fully remote work.

  • Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses.

  • Career growth within a fast-growing international recruitment agency.

  • Hands-on mentorship from experienced recruitment leaders.

  • Opportunity to work with international FinTech, Payments, and Crypto companies.

  • Access to LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional sourcing tools.

  • Continuous learning, feedback, and professional development.

  • Friendly, supportive, and highly collaborative team.

Hiring Process
  • Introductory interview with the Team Lead.

  • Practical recruitment task or case discussion.

  • Review and discussion of the assignment with the Team Lead.

  • Final interview.
