We are seeking an Engineer to join our Cloud Platform team in enabling application development teams to adopt our Azure-based infrastructure model. Our team provides a Subscription Vending solution and standardized landing zones using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) via Terraform.
The goal is to accelerate infrastructure deployment, application onboarding, ensure consistency, and reduce friction in DevOps adoption.Scope of Work

The engineer will:

  • Support the creation and configuration of CI/CD pipelines (primarily using Azure DevOps).

  • Translate manual (click-ops) configurations into reusable Terraform modules.

  • Provide troubleshooting and enablement support to accelerate DevOps adoption.

  • Support teams in exploring and integrating Azure OpenAI capabilities into their applications where applicable.

  • Assist application teams in provisioning Azure subscriptions via our Subscription Vending solution.

  • Guide teams through the setup of landing zones aligned with our enterprise architecture standards.

Required Qualifications

In addition to general Azure and Terraform expertise, we are specifically looking for individuals with:

  • Understanding of networking concepts, vWAN hubs, vNets, Azure Front Door, load balancing services, etc.

  • Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, and PKI

  • Ability to translate click-ops configurations into Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraformmodules.

  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actionsfor pipeline setup and CI/CD integration.

  • Strong understanding of Azure Landing Zonesand Microsoft's Enterprise Scale architecture and experience with Subscription Vendingframeworks and automated provisioning workflows.

  • Knowledge of RBAC, Policy, and Governance in Azureto ensure secure and compliant environments.

  • Experience with Terraform state management and remote backends (e.g., Azure Storage, Terraform Cloud).

  • Troubleshooting and support mindset to assist teams with pipeline failures, misconfigurations, and IaC errors.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work directly with application teams and guide them through setup.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Github

  • Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, including designing and deploying AI agents using Microsoft's managed AI platform; Azure OpenAI Service, including provisioning, securing, and integrating models such as GPT, Codex, and Embeddings into Azure-hosted applications.

  • Experience enabling AI-powered features in cloud-native applications, such as chatbots, summarization, code generation, or intelligent search.

  • Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305) and/or Azure DevOps Engineer (AZ-400)
