Job description

Job Summary:
The Dignify Solutions, LLC is a company focused on providing high-performance solutions, and they are seeking a Java Developer to design and code applications for their Pharmacy Benefit Management platform. The role involves developing mission-critical applications and mentoring junior developers while collaborating in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
• The candidate will be responsible for designing, coding and documenting lava based programs in support of mission critical high-performance Point-of-sale applications as well as other microservices based Java applications in support of the PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) platform.
• Work in a full Agile/Lean collaborative environment - including meetings, iterative development, estimations, and design sessions.
• Collaborate with Product and Project Managers to provide estimates and status updates to stakeholders and executives.
• Work with team and other organizational partners to resolve development roadblocks.
• Drive projects independently.
• Work with distributed teams across various time zones.
• Report critical issues to manage effectively, timely, and with clarity.
• Hands on system design and development as needed.
• Ability to guide, mentor junior developers as well as perform peer code reviews.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10+ years of industry experience
• Strong experience with Java, JEE, JDBC, Spring and Spring Boot framework, Webservices (SOAP/REST), ESB technologies (Camel, Fuse), SSO related framework and protocols(OAuth2/SAML/OpenID)
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, ExUS, React/Angular and Bootstrap.
• Should have working experience of Code Repository tools (SVN, GIT) and dexers automation tools (Maven, Bamboo, Jenkins).
• Strong exposure to Azure to enable quick troubleshooting
• Strong in system design, architecture defining skills.
• Good working Experience on Oracle SQL (Should be able to write optimized Queries)
• Ability to Code complex problems and learn new frameworks and technologies quickly.
• Knowledge of security issues, solutions, and best practices
• Any experience with Claims Processing in Medicaid or healthcare or insurance is a huge plus
Preferred:
• Azure related experience is a strong plus.
• Spring Batch, Hibernate experience is a plus.
• AWS is a plus.
