Position: News Analysts, Reporters, and Journalists
Type: Contract
Compensation: $70–$110/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 4–6 weeks
Commitment: 20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated news stories, analyses, scripts, and other journalistic artifacts for quality and accuracy.
  • Compare AI-generated responses based on reporting rigor, editorial soundness, and clarity of narration.
  • Review journalistic scenarios involving story selection, source evaluation, fact interpretation, and presentation choices. Provide expert feedback.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 4+ years of experience as a Reporter, News Reporter, News Anchor, Staff Writer, Journalist, or another closely related news or journalism role.
  • Experience writing, narrating, or analyzing news stories, reviews, or commentary for print, broadcast, or other communications media.
  • Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
