Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans to meet clients' unique needs.
  • Document sessions comprehensively, maintaining up-to-date progress notes and ensuring compliance with best practices.
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments to establish each new clientโ€™s unique needs.
  • Provide individual psychotherapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Engage in individual supervision to support ongoing professional development.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate client care.
  • Maintain a proactive growth mindset, continually seeking to enhance your own skills and knowledge.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a varied outpatient population, offering support to individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications
