• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing positive rapport and maintaining professional boundaries.
• Hold regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, and plan for eventual discharge when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans to meet clients' unique needs.
• Document sessions comprehensively, maintaining up-to-date progress notes and ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Conduct thorough intake assessments to establish each new client’s unique needs.
• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Engage in individual supervision to support ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate client care.
• Maintain a proactive growth mindset, continually seeking to enhance your own skills and knowledge.

You will work primarily with a varied outpatient population, offering support to individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Our clients are diverse, representing different cultural backgrounds and lived experiences. Your role will be crucial in providing tailored therapeutic interventions that address emotional, psychological, and social issues.

• Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois.
• At least one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduate.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with spreadsheets, electronic health records (EHR), and virtual communication tools.

• Experience in conducting intake assessments and creating treatment plans based on clinical evaluations.
• Previous experience providing psychotherapy services to various client demographics.
• Familiarity with electronic documentation systems, particularly those used in outpatient mental health settings.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model ensures that compensation is guaranteed ahead of collections, so you will not experience delays in reimbursement.
