• Conduct comprehensive assessments to critically evaluate each client's mental health challenges and design personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques to facilitate personal growth and enhance overall well-being.
• Develop and establish therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, actively tracking their progress to measure the effectiveness of the interventions.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, with an emphasis on providing a safe and supportive environment for sharing and healing.
• Offer teletherapy options to accommodate clients who prefer virtual sessions or those with mobility challenges, ensuring accessibility to the necessary support.
• Maintain ethical standards by diligently documenting each client interaction and treatment session.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to refine your clinical skills and stay updated on the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• A current state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years of full-time counseling experience is necessary to ensure you can effectively handle the responsibilities of this role.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including couples, children, teens, and the LGBTQIA community, is strongly preferred.

Clinicians with demonstrated expertise in trauma-informed care and a passion for advocating for client equality and access are highly valued. Familiarity with clinical tools and methodologies relevant to mental health therapy, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), will also enhance your ability to contribute effectively.
