Jewish Family Care Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team as we support individuals and families on their journey toward healing and recovery. Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, providing the flexibility needed to balance personal and professional commitments while still delivering high-quality care. Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients through one-on-one and group therapeutic sessions, employing a range of evidence-based practices to address their unique mental health challenges.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' issues and collaboratively develop effective treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing techniques that promote insight and behavioral change.
  • Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and regularly track and assess their progress towards achieving these goals.
  • Provide teletherapy solutions to ensure continuity of care, offering flexibility to clients who may benefit from remote sessions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation to uphold ethical standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings, group supervision, and professional development sessions to promote teamwork and ongoing growth within the clinical environment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This position calls for a firm commitment to working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and children. We particularly encourage applicants with experience serving clients of color and the LGBTQIA community, to ensure our services are representative and inclusive. You will be instrumental in supporting individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and various addictions.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • A valid, current LMFT license issued by the State of Arizona.
  • A minimum of two years of full-time clinical counseling experience, with a strong focus on family systems and relational dynamics.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience providing therapy to couples, children, adolescents, and families, addressing a variety of mental health conditions.
  • Proficiency in utilizing teletherapy technologies for virtual client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits
