This position is open to candidates located in Minneapolis, Chicago, or Kansas City. In this role, you will engage with your peers from the comfort of your own space, using cutting-edge tools to ignite creativity and deliver impactful results. Responsibilities:
  • Provide day to day system support for our B2B and Communications servers
  • Perform scripting for automation, deployments, and monitoring
  • Collaborate with development and onboarding teams to create B2B connections with vendors and partners
  • Monitor system health and transactional throughput and take immediate action on alerts and slowdowns
  • Interface with business and trading partners to resolve B2B issues
  • Create and analyze metrics to track performance and identify points of system contention
  • Manage risk mitigation to communications and translation software services
  • Maintain documentation of processes, topologies, and system designs
  • Participate in a duty rotation providing 24x7 support of production systems and applications

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience supporting EDI systems and/or processes
  • 5+ years of Windows Server 2016-2022 and/or RHEL experience
  • Scripting experience with PowerShell, JavaScript, Perl, Bash, and others
  • Knowledge of B2B communication tools and protocols (SFTP, AS2, etc..)
  • Experience with Digital Certificates, SSH Key Management, and PGP encryption
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or MIS

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with IBM B2Bi (Sterling Integrator)
  • Experience with B2B EDI Communications Software (Cleo Harmony, GlobalScape EFT)
  • A learning and growth mindset that is open to giving and receiving feedback

Compensation Range
$66,300.00 - $139,700.00
