Remote JavaScript Node.js developers often encounter challenges such as collaborating across different time zones, maintaining clear communication with distributed teams, and managing project dependencies in asynchronous environments. To address these, it's important to leverage collaboration tools like Slack or Trello for regular updates, write comprehensive documentation, and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and alignment. Regular stand-up meetings and clear sprint planning also help in keeping everyone on track and ensuring smooth workflow.
