  • Establish structured communication rhythms and reusable storytelling patterns to ensure consistency and quality

  • Enable One-Technology alignment by equipping leaders with shared language, narratives, and messaging

  • Proactively identify gaps, misalignment, or narrative risks and address them through targeted communications

  • Support innovation governance and leadership discussions with clear context, framing, and implications to enable objective decision-making

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven experience developing executive‑level communications and strategic narratives for senior leadership audiences
    • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical and strategic topics into clear, structured, executive‑ready messaging
    • Experience partnering with senior leaders (e.g., CIOs, CTO directs, business executives) and influencing without formal authority

  • Experience supporting technology, innovation, digital, or transformation organizations

  • Background in enterprise strategy, technology strategy, innovation strategy, or internal strategy functions

  • Experience in strategy consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or equivalent fast-paced environments in a strategy role
