Job description

Title: Lead Java Developer

Location: 100% REMOTE Work

Duration: 6 Months + Contract

Rate: $Open/hr.

Requirements

Position Description:

  • Responsible for best design practices and leadership within a team for large implementation.
  • Design, implement and coordinate Java development.
  • Technical analysis of development, issue mitigation, coordinate workload.
  • Lead team of 5+ individuals and direct workload accordingly.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical role focused on Java, angular and related technologies.
  • Prior lead experience supporting a team of 5+ individuals.
  • Ability to work within a system of other team leads to align deadlines, disperse work, give direction, etc.
  • Expertise within SQL database.

Bonus Skills:

  • Prior experience and knowledge within healthcare is desirable.
