Responsibilities

Leads 'portal' platform technical development, improvements, and technical enhancements for IPO process improvement. This role owns the platform's technical direction and works closely with program leadership, acquisition, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and mission-aligned technical solutions.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:   

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Experience developing applications using modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)
  • Experience developing backend services using Python, Java, Node.js, or similar languages

  • Experience designing and integrating secure, scalable RESTful APIs

  • Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing relational and/or NoSQL databases

  • Experience deploying and maintaining applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Desired Qualifications:  

  • Experience supporting IC or DoD programs
  • Experience building systems that support acquisition, vendor management, or documentation workflows
  • Familiarity with DoD security standards and compliance frameworks
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, or infrastructure automation
