Job Description
The Integration Lab Intern is a fulltime probationary position that will assist in the minor day-to-day administration, support and ongoing enhancement of Prescient Edge's Lab infrastructures. Applicants will need to possess the ability to communicate and work well with others in a team environment. Candidates must be able to work in a secure, production-computing environment. Applicants will be responsible for assisting the Lab Manager, System Administrators, and Developers with the tasks of installation of the infrastructure equipment, hardware, and software, along with, configuration and testing of multi-vendor system. This job may require traveling to remote offices to assist with systems maintenance. Tasks include but are not limited to:
  • Racking, installing and configuring, switches, firewalls, servers.
  • Troubleshooting connection and or protocol problems.
  • Configuring cloud assets.
  • Moving lifting and transporting equipment as required
  • Preparing and maintaining the lab for VIP demonstrations.
  • Researching, identifying and resolving government compliance requirements.

Job Requirements
Must be able to lift/carry 20-50 lbs.
