We are seeking an Information Technology Project Manager - reporting directly to the Director of Enterprise Business Applications. This position is based out of our global headquarters in Duncan, South Carolina. This is a remote position, some travel (Domestic & International) will be required per business/project needs estimated at 25%.
The role of the IT Project Manager (PM) is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to business and IT goals, and established deadlines and budget. This includes identifying resource requirements, ensuring resources are acquired and on-boarded efficiently, and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also build business cases in collaboration with business stakeholders, define project objectives, ensure policies, processes and procedures are effectively followed, and oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle. We are continuing to evolve/mature our internal IT project management processes and this position would support developing business requirements for ServiceNow and working with our team to develop, test and implement required changes/processes.
Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, objectives and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Build solid business cases in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Oversee and manage the portfolio of prioritized IT projects throughout the entire project lifecycle ensuring achievement of business cases.
  • Lead and manage IT projects through the entire project lifecycle.
  • Train team leaders and other project managers to ensure consistent project delivery in alignment with IT Project management processes.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Regularly report project status to project stakeholders.
  • Lead the Business Analysis of our internal Service Now requirements as we evolve our IT project management processes focused on our intake and prioritization of work processes

  • Excellent skill in combining project management practices with software development.
  • Exceptional skill in time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
  • Proven leadership skills and excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation).
  • Proven experience in developing compelling business cases and delivering expected ROIs.
  • Proven experience in delivering status reports and presentations to multiple stakeholders at all level of the organization.
