This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strong healthcare IT knowledge with team management, training, and operational support experience. The IT Support Supervisor will help ensure employees are prepared to use business and clinical applications effectively while maintaining system stability, data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate is an organized, service-focused leader who can manage competing priorities, improve support processes, develop employees, and collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, and technical teams.

  • Review recurring support issues and identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce errors, and strengthen the end-user experience
  • Track team performance, service levels, training completion, support trends, and other operational metrics
  • Promote a service-first culture centered on accountability, professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure all support and training activities comply with HIPAA requirements, privacy standards, security policies, and organizational procedures
  • Escalate complex application, system, security, or workflow concerns to the appropriate technical or operational teams
  • Perform additional IT leadership and support responsibilities as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of experience in IT operations, application support, technical training, healthcare technology, or a related field
  • Previous experience leading employees, coordinating team workloads, or serving in a senior or supervisory capacity
  • Current HIPAA compliance training or credential
  • Working knowledge of healthcare applications, IT support workflows, data integrity, and end-user training practices
  • Experience supporting remote employees and distributed teams
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to users with varying levels of technical knowledge
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, compliance, and technical stakeholders
