Job description

E-Logic Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead ISSO to support the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) Information System Security Officer program. The Lead ISSO will serve as the single point of accountability for technical execution, managing day-to-day ISSO support activities across DFC's enterprise environment. This role requires hands-on cybersecurity expertise and the ability to interface with federal leadership, including the ISSM, CISO, AO/AODR, and System Owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct Contractor ISSO activities across supported systems
  • Oversee development, review, and submission of authorization package artifacts in CSAM
  • Chair internal quality reviews of ISSO deliverables
  • Manage risk and issue registers and escalate to Government leadership as appropriate
  • Participate in DFC governance forums (ERB, CCB, Cybersecurity Steering Committee)
  • Provide RMF, continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, POA&M, and audit support
  • Maintain hands-on expertise across ISSO functions
Required Qualifications
  • BS in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
  • 10+ years progressive cybersecurity experience
  • 5+ years serving as ISSO, ISSM, or equivalent cybersecurity leadership role supporting federal agencies
  • CISSP, CISM, CGRC, or equivalent certification preferred
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Tier 4 High-Risk Public Trust is required
