• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other validated psychotherapeutic techniques to implement effective treatment strategies.
• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure safe client interactions and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists to ensure integrated and holistic client care.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer reviews to enhance care standards and treatment efficacy.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health challenges, treatment options, and community resources available to them.
• Stay informed about the latest research and emerging trends in mental health to continually improve your therapeutic practices.

Your work will primarily focus on serving a diverse client base, including individuals from underrepresented communities who often face unique challenges in accessing mental health care. You will be instrumental in helping clients navigate cultural stigmas, provide appropriate resources, and empower them to pursue their mental health goals.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related fields from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active state licensure, such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Demonstrated expertise in providing solution-focused psychotherapy tailored to meet individual client needs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are essential in fostering strong therapeutic relationships.
• A team-oriented mindset that values collaboration and a shared commitment to enhancing mental health treatment.

Experience in community health settings that serve diverse populations, as well as familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling methodologies, are strongly preferred. Prior experience with integrated care models will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
