Job description

Position overview:

This role is responsible for managing and responding to call center inquiries, texts, and help desk tickets related to planograms (POGs) and store inventory. The position oversees the creation, execution, and maintenance of POGs while enforcing controls and assessing inventory impacts. It partners cross-functionally to support projects, ensure timelines are met, and manage updates or removals tied to new store openings, store closures and product lifecycle changes. The role also analyzes ad-hoc reports in Tableau to generate insights and support decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong Excel skills and understanding of planograms, excellent customer service skills, and is a detail-oriented, organized self-starter with strong analytical and communication abilities.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, maintain and respond to call center inquiries, texts and help desk tickets related to planograms (POG) and store inventory.
  • Provide and enforce controls over POG creation and updates and recognize inventory impacts.
  • Build and execute all POGs.
  • Partner with other departments on projects and implement timelines. 
  • Monitor and maintain POG updates and removals for store closings.  
  • Analyze ad-hoc reports from Tableau.
