Position Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support a high‑volume accounting function within a well‑established music and media organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven setting while maintaining accuracy and strong internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

Invoice Processing & 3‑Way Matching

  • Process high volumes of vendor invoices (300+ weekly), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Perform 3‑way PO matching to validate invoices against purchase orders and receiving documentation.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, or missing documentation.

Accounts Payable Operations

  • Enter and code invoices accurately within Microsoft Navision.
  • Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status.
  • Prepare invoices for approval and ensure adherence to company policies.
