They don't just crank out returns; they serve as year-round proactive partners to high-performing entrepreneurs and real estate investors. This is a high-impact role with no timesheets, where you are empowered to lead strategic conversations and help clients keep more of what they earn. Active CPA, EA, JD, or LLM in Tax REQUIRED! Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Advisory: Lead tax planning kickoff calls and quarterly advisory meetings. Design and implement high-impact strategies like cost segregation, 1031 exchanges, and depreciation optimization.
  • Proactive Planning: Review financials to identify missed planning opportunities and advise on entity structuring and compensation optimization.
  • Technical Leadership: Prepare or review complex returns that reflect deep strategic planning rather than just transactional data entry.
  • Firm Scaling: Help strengthen and scale the firm's advisory offerings and elevate the firm's technical standards.
  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous professional growth.

Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of public accounting tax experience with a proven background in delivering advisory services, not just compliance is a MUST.
  • Credentials: Active CPA, EA, JD, or LLM in Tax REQUIRED
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of business taxation, pass-through entities, and tax minimization strategies.
  • Communication: Confidence in leading client-facing conversations and translating complex tax laws into actionable business advice.
