What You'll Do
As a Remote Client Experience Manager, you'll serve as a trusted resource for clients while developing valuable skills in client relations, benefits education, communication, and leadership.Client Experience & Support
  • Conduct scheduled virtual appointments through Zoom and phone
  • Connect with clients who have requested information about available benefits
  • Learn about client needs, priorities, and coverage questions
  • Explain available benefit and coverage options clearly and professionally
  • Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and benefit updates
  • Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up support
  • Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation
  • Build long-term relationships through professionalism, trust, and consistent communication
Relationship Management
