    • Manage cash and liquidity coordination across vehicles, including FX considerations where applicable.
    • Coordinate financing activities with finance, operations, legal teams, and external lenders.
    • Support management of fund-level financing facilities, including subscription lines and other borrowing arrangements.
    • Monitor facility utilization, liquidity, covenant compliance, and related reporting requirements.

Reporting and Stakeholder Management

    • Support portfolio reviews, client reporting, and investment committee materials across the private credit platform.
    • Contribute to market commentary, portfolio updates, and investment content for clients and prospects.
    • Drive improvements in portfolio analytics, reporting processes, data management, and cross-functional workflows.

Qualifications:

  • 6-15 years of experience in private credit, leveraged finance, or similar private markets platform, with exposure to portfolio management, analytics, implementation, or risk functions.
  • Familiarity with private markets data structures, fund mechanics, loan tape analysis, and portfolio allocation processes.
