Remote FT (Pacific Time Zone)

Antonyan Miranda, LLP is hiring a Billing Specialist to manage legal billing, client payments, and collections.

This position may be full-time or part-time and will be performed primarily remotely, with weekly management check-in.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage the full billing cycle, from WIP reports and pre-bills through final invoices.

  • Monitor client accounts and payment activity daily.

  • Communicate with clients regarding invoices, balances, and payment arrangements.

  • Follow up consistently on outstanding balances.

  • Investigate and resolve billing issues.

  • Maintain accurate notes, records, and account information.

  • Work closely with attorneys, management, and the finance team.

  • Assist with accounts payable and other accounting projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For
  • Legal billing or law firm experience preferred.

  • Collections or accounts-receivable experience is a plus.
